I have a background in client centred work, with people in crisis and with life shortening illnesses. I have certification in Hypnotherapy, Hypnosis, Life Coaching and Psychotherapy. As a full time practitioner I have a wide range of experience in treating a range of issues these are many and varied. In recent years I have developed specialist approaches in a number of areas, these include self confidence, eating disorders, and my unique approach to anxiety related issues, which continues to see exciting results.
